We invite managers of large real estate portfolios, supervisors and building managers in the public and parapublic sectors to inquire about our services and to contact us for implementation of a building envelope maintenance management program. We have developed a flexible computerized building management program (see Building envelope management program) which enables the manager to ensure that thorough visual inspections are performed on buildings under his management in order components are maintained in good condition.
Currently, several important property managers (school boards, industrial, commercial and institutional buildings) throughout Québec and Ontario mandate us to perform a survey of their buildings. The survey is presented in a computerized program, updated as required, that indicates to the manager amounts to invest over the next years for maintenance of the building envelope.
